Web Operations Business Analyst – Global Food & Nutrition

Salary: 60,000-70,000 + Benefits

Opportunity

Join a global leader in food and nutrition as a Web Operations Business Analyst. You’ll support and enhance the company’s website portfolio (WordPress & Adobe Experience Manager), ensuring compliance, security, and seamless user experience across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and translate requirements for web platforms (WordPress & AEM)

• Collaborate with internal security teams to ensure compliance and mitigate vulnerabilities

• Partner with third-party agencies and internal marketing teams to deliver enhancements

• Support troubleshooting, BAU, and web operations improvements

• Conduct analysis of processes, identify optimisation opportunities, and develop business cases

• Maintain documentation, DevOps boards, and stakeholder communications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven BA experience in fast-paced environments

• Knowledge of WordPress (including multisite) and web tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Boards (or similar)

• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) desirable

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

• Project management or Agile exposure advantageous
